WORK AT SKY RANCH

Sky Ranch hires 45-50 young adults each summer. Staff work and live in community at camp. Working at Sky Ranch requires long hours, patience and compassion with children, and a desire to share faith. Working at Sky Ranch also includes outdoor adventures, new friendships, leadership development, and so much more!
Eligibility:

Applicants must be at least one year out of high school.

Applicants must be willing to commit to working the full camp season (May 26 - August 13).

Individuals who have been charged or convicted for offenses including, but not limited to: child abuse, domestic violence, or sexual offenses, are not eligible to work at camp.

Applicants must complete the application by the posted deadlines.

Sky Ranch must have three references on file before an employment offer is made.

Each applicant must complete an interview and background check.
