Sky Ranch Facilities and Rental Information
Sky Ranch offers a variety of rustic accommodations, dining options, meeting space, and plenty of activities - all in Colorado's beautiful Rocky Mountains. Sky Ranch is available to host individuals or groups for a variety of different retreats or weekend get-a-ways.
Facilities are available from late April through the end of November. From mid June to mid August, facilities are only available on weekends. Churches, schools, employers, families, and more are welcome to host all-inclusive mountain getaways up at camp!
Individual Reservations:
At Sky Ranch, we strive to make your booking experience as seamless as possible. With FareHarbor, our online booking system, guests can easily reserve their lodging with just a few clicks. Please note that the system currently allows for the booking of one space per transaction. If you wish to reserve multiple spaces, you must complete separate transactions for each space you would like to book.

Group Reservations:
Here at Sky Ranch, we love hosting groups on our beloved mountaintops! Whether you are planning a retreat, a family reunion, or a special event, we have the ideal space to suit your needs. We invite you to explore the array of lodge and meeting spaces for your group below. To inquire about availability and discuss your group's specific facility needs, please call our office.
Weekends tend to book up a year in advance, so please keep this in mind as you plan your summer or fall retreat.

Meeting Space Facilities
Many of our lodging facilities have offered meeting spaces but in addition we have several facilities on property that serve as just meeting spaces and outdoor gathering areas. Most of these spaces are community spaces but we do allow for reservations of spaces and some day use rentals.

Christ Lodge - Lodge Room
The lodge rooms are designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind after a day of adventures at Sky Ranch. The rustic decor and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming space for individuals or groups looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.
The queen beds offer a luxurious sleeping experience, while the bunk beds provide additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The presence of single beds in some rooms ensures flexibility in accommodating different guest preferences. Each room's electric heater allows guests to adjust the temperature to their liking, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep regardless of the outside weather conditions.
The seating area downstairs is a perfect spot to gather with friends or family, share stories of the day's activities, or simply enjoy each other's company in a warm and inviting setting. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a base for exploring the great outdoors, Christ Lodge at Sky Ranch is the ideal destination for your next getaway.
The dining hall at Christ Lodge seats 100 guests for meals. The wall of windows on the left side of this dinning area, allows guest to enjoy their meal while taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains that surround Sky Ranch.
Pricing:
A Single Lodge Room Reservations is $65 per night.
A Reservation of the Lodge Meeting Space Area is $50 per day.
A Full Lodge Rental is $550 per night
*** A full lodge rental excludes the exclusive use of the main level of the lodge which includes the fireplace seating area, the food service area and dining hall. It is only when you reserve a full camp rental that you gain exclusive use of these spaces.
Ruth Cabin - Retreat Cabin
This retreat cabin building was completed in the Spring of 2019. Ruth Cabin's design was carefully crafted to provide a serene and inviting atmosphere for guests seeking relaxation and connection with nature. The main room meeting space serves as the heart of this retreat cabin, with ample space for up to 60 people, with tables and chairs available if needed.
Nestled around the main room are four pods, each offering accommodation for eight guests. These pods have their own restroom and shower. Inclusivity was a key consideration in the design, with one of the four pods being fully ADA accessible, making the retreat cabin welcoming to all individuals. Additionally, two exterior all gender family restrooms can be found on either side of the entrance to Ruth Cabin.
Pricing:
A Full Cabin Rental (includes meeting space) is $700 per night
A Single pod rental (8 beds, no meeting space) is $150 per night
Meeting space rental is $150 per day
Cabin Area - Bunkhouse Cabins
Guests at Sky Ranch can look forward to a cozy and comfortable stay in one of the 11 rustic cabins available. Situated just a short walk away from the centralized shower house, each cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing retreat. Whether you want to unwind on the small deck, or exploring the outdoors, there's a little something for everyone.
One of the recent upgrades includes private changing stalls added in 2023, ensuring added privacy and convenience for guests. Additionally, to keep you warm and snug during the winter months, the cabins are well-heated, guaranteeing a pleasant stay no matter the weather. With bunk beds that can accommodate 10-12 individuals, these cabins are perfect for those seeking to enjoy nature and create lasting memories.
Schramm Cabin at Sky Ranch offers a unique and cozy experience for guests seeking a more private and serene setting. Tucked away from the other rustic cabins, Schramm stands out with its distinctive layout and furnishings. Instead of bunk beds, this cabin offers a queen bed, a twin bed, and a comfortable corner table seating area where you can relax and unwind. One of the highlights of Schramm Cabin is its picturesque deck that provides breathtaking views of Beaver creek and the majestic mountains of the Mummy Range. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the deck offers a perfect spot to connect God’s creation and soak in the beauty that surrounds you.
Pricing:
Single Cabin Rental is $55 per night.
Full Cabin Area Rental is $550 per night.
Schramm Cabin Rental is $65 per night.
Hutchinson Cabin Rental is $65 per night per side.
Campground - RV and Tent Sites
Sky Ranch's campground offers a tranquil setting for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Surrounded by towering trees, the 29 campsites provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
As you settle into your reserved spot, you'll find a picnic table inviting you to share meals and create memories with loved ones around it. The fire ring at each site promises cozy evenings filled with storytelling and s'mores under the starlit sky.
With firewood provided and the use of the shower house included in the price, your camping experience at Sky Ranch is sure to be a memorable and rejuvenating adventure in the great outdoors.
Pricing:
Tent campsite is $35 per night.
RV campsite (with electric) is $45 per night.
Full campground rental is $725 per night.
Looking to gather together in one of our Meeting Spaces?
Backpack Center
Gather in the historic Backpack Center at Sky Ranch. The Backpack Center, often referred to as the BPC, is a beautiful building with a rustic atmosphere offering 2 large meeting spaces. The Backpack Center has two gender-neutral restrooms and a cozy fireplace (currently under construction). The covered porch makes a wonderful spot for relaxation on sunny days.
Day use of the BPC Meeting Space is $100 per day.
Pavilion
Completed in 2023, we are excited for those who join us on the mountaintops to gather here in the Pavilion. It is fully equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, electrical outlets throughout, recessed overhead lighting, handicap parking spot, and a paved pathway leading to the Shower House for restrooms. The Pavilion serves as a central hub located between the Backpack Center and cabin area, just a short stroll away from the rec area.
While we do not rent out this space outside of a full camp rental, we encourage its use as a communal area during your stay. While hourly reservations are possible, we envision this space as a welcoming community space where all guests can come together to share stories, laughter, and create lasting memories. Let the Pavilion be a space where friendships are forged and connections are strengthened amidst the beauty of God's creation.
Outdoor Areas
Sky Ranch is blessed with 117 beautiful acres for which you can find our amazing outdoor spaces. These spaces range from areas for gathering, to enjoying of a campfire. Meadows for fun games and letting loose to areas to sit and enjoy time of quiet reflecting. Take relaxing strolls or venture out on a day hike to new heights. We invited you to come and experience their beauty.
Areas Include:
- The Chuckwagon: an outside dining area
- Rec Area: a rec field featuring picnic tables, gaga ball, a half basketball court, volleyball court, 9 square, and more.
- High Ropes Course: Available for group rentals, inquire about operating the course!
- Lower Rope Course: Available for group rentals, ask about using the elements!
- Disc Golf Course: Complete 18-hole course
- The Meadow: an ideal field for games located between the High Ropes Course and the Christ Lodge parking lot
- Seattle Circle: a communal campground area with a campfire ring
- Outdoor Chapel
- Wilderness Worship Area with a campfire ring
- The Nature Trail
- A variety of trails leading to different day hike destinations.
Meal Services at Sky Ranch
Let's talk food at camp, meal services at Sky Ranch can be done one of two ways:
First, the camp-provided meal service is an option for group that either meet our meal minimum requirement or choose to cover the cost of this minimum to have meals provided. The exception to meeting the minimum requirement is when meal services are already being provided to a group. In such cases, individuals or additional groups can be included at a per-meal cost alongside the existing meal service. Individuals cannot currently select the option to indicate a meal service when booking online. If this service is desired for your reservation, please reach out to our office before making an online booking.
Second, if you have reserved spaces and prefer to prepare your own meals, there are a couple of options available. You are welcome to bring a propane or alternate liquid fuel source stove to prepare meals outside. Christ Lodge provides a microwave and refrigerator for all guest to use. Cabins have small desks and a couple picnic tables for communal use in the cabin area. Each campground space includes a fire pit and picnic table. Guests staying at Christ Lodge can cook outside in the Chuckwagon which has a small propane grill available for use. Please note that charcoal grills are not allowed.
Breakfast $10
Breakfast is at 8 AM. Price is per person.
Lunch $12
Lunch is at noon. If you are hoping to set out on a day hike, we can provide pack out lunches for you to take out and have on trail for your day of adventuring. Price is per person.
Supper $14
Plan to join us at 6 PM for supper time. Price is per person
Dietary Needs and Accommodations
We can accommodate most types of food allergies and preferences. Sky Ranch operates with a “allergen aware” policy. Our food service staff are trained and certified in best practices of food preparation, handling, and preventing cross contamination. Unfortunately, due to the limited size of our facilities and factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee anything to be 100% free of a particular allergen. If you or your child has a serious allergy please contact our office and speak with Jeff Fairfax our Operations and Property Director who oversees food service at camp.
Alternative Meal Times
If your group is the only group onsite, we can adjust the provided meal times.
Campfire S'mores
You can't come to camp and not enjoy roasting marshmallows over a campfire. We offer this service at no extra cost but you do need to request so we know to provide the supplies.
Meal Minimum
To provide meals, we have a minimum requirement of 20 people. If you have a smaller group size or individual, it is possible to combine with other Hosted Ministry group joining us for the same days of your rental.
