Do you want to register for a program, but are having trouble with our online forms? Don’t get frustrated . . . Let us help!
This is our first year using online registration, and there are still some bugs in our system that we are working hard to fix. In the mean time, we want to make registration as easy as possible. If you run into problems, here are a few helpful hints:
- Our online registration is hosted by CampWise. They have a helpline that is available during business hours (Eastern Time). You can also leave a message and they will contact you ASAP. They know the system incredibly well and will help walk you through any portion of the registration process. Their phone number is 1-866-433-4548.
- Our staff is also available to help you. If we are unable to answer your questions on the phone, we will take your information and contact you with the answers ASAP. Please call our administrative office at 970-493-5258.
- If you want to register for a program, but are having trouble doing so online, you can always email our staff and we will set up the registration for you. We will then email steps on how to complete your registration, such as entering camper information and submitting a deposit. You can email our office at info@LdoubleR.org. There are also pdf registration forms available on the Registration Information page.
Thank you for your patience as we get this system fully up and running. We know that in the long run, online registration will allow us to better serve you. Our goal is to make registration as easy as possible . . . we are here to help as we work towards that goal!

Regardless of group or individual, campers will NOT be registered until a deposit is received.
Registrants will receive a confirmation email or phone call from our office within 48 hours of registration.
Campers will also receive further information after March 15, 2010, including a packing list and the required health forms and permission slips).
